Division Mailroom Options
If the role of the logged-in user contains the Package Data feature, the Division form will contain a Mailroom tab. To view the Mailroom options for a division, select the Mailroom tab to bring it to the front.
Sequential Tracking Numbers Option
You are able to print serialized tracking number labels at the View/Print Labels page; this enables you to generate an internal tracking number for a package.
- The selections made here determine the format your serialized tracking numbers follow when printing tracking number labels (see "Serialized Package Labels" for more information).
- The default setting for the sequential tracking number is 10000. This means that the label will begin numbering at 10000, and increment each label number from 10000 (i.e., 10000, 10001, 10002, etc.) You are able to set a different number or reset this number via the Next Number field.
- The default prefix is PKG. This means that each label with have PKG as its prefix (i.e., PKG10000, PKG10001, PKG10002, etc.). This may also be changed, if you want your serialized package labels to use a different prefix.
Allow Non-Recipient Delivery Option
By default, this checkbox is not marked.
- When marked a package is allowed to be delivered to a mail stop.
- When unmarked, a package cannot be delivered to a mail stop.
